About the Architect, Builder and DeveloperThe building was designed by CTA Architects with strong structure and sound attenuation as prime considerations. Side to side, the units have separate walls with resilient channel construction. Even greater sound reduction is achieved by incorporating air space between the separate walls. These units were designed and coordinated by an interior design professional. The focus of the design was to create an environment of beauty, comfort & function. The care and detail represented in our finished units are our commitment to the owner of each condominium to experience a unique custom designed home Swank Enterprises is the largest builder/contractor in Montana , and owner Dean Swank spent countless hours creating unique features and incorporating thoughtful construction accents. As an experienced resort condominium owner, Dean has made sure that none of the important details were left out. Developer Peter Tracy and his wife Sherry have lived at Meadow Lake since 1987. In addition to the Condominiums on the Green, Peter also owns the golf course and much of the property surrounding the course. Peter and Sherry bring their experience as resort condominium owners to bear on this stunning project.
